Description
Delivery & Access
Furniture orders may require processing time, freight transit, and a delivery appointment depending on the product, destination, carrier, and building access. Review the product dimensions, package details, and delivery option before checkout. For apartments, elevators, stairs, loading docks, narrow entries, or appointment requirements, contact support@themodhome.com before ordering.
Returns & Order Support
Please review the product page, shipping policy, and refund policy before placing your order. If you need help with measurements, access planning, or order questions, contact support@themodhome.com. Return requests must be approved before items are shipped back, and furniture should be kept in its original packaging until you confirm the piece will work for your space.
